Dr T N Ahooja, the founder of AEDI, completed his basic medical education way back in 1968 and specialized in ophthalmology in 1970. He has an exemplary track record of over five decades in giving eye care facilities to the residents of Gurgaon and nearby districts with dedication & generosity. His vision of providing world class quality eye care to the poor led to the birth of Niramaya Charitable Trust and the Y. P. M. Niramaya eye bank. He is at present Honorable President of Niramaya Charitable Trust.
